Refund policy

If you are a UK customer, you have the right to return eligible, non-customised items within 14 days of dispatch, provided the item is in unused, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging still attached.

To request a return, please contact us at [email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, items must be returned within 7 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that: show signs of wear, washing, odours (including perfume or smoke), are damaged, altered, or missing tags, and/or are received after the return period.

If a refused return is received, we can return the item to you at your expense.

 

Made to Order & Custom Items

Items labelled Made to Order, Pre-Order, Personalised, Tailored, or Custom are produced specifically for you. Therefore, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the item is incorrect or faulty when received.

If you have any sizing recommendations, we strongly recommend contacting us with any questions before ordering made-to-order items.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to change size or style, please return the eligible item as above and place a new order. If your item is not eligible for return, please contact us via [email], and we can look into making an exchange. We cannot guarantee that an exchange will be possible.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at [email] within 48 hours of receiving it. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.

If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund in line with UK consumer law.

General wear, accidental damage, and misuse are not considered faults.

 

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

 

International Orders

For orders outside the UK, all return shipping, taxes, customs charges, and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not refund any duties or shipping fees.
