We make every effort to display product colours, details, and sizing accurately. However, variations may occur depending on screens, dye batches, and fabric characteristics. Sizing and fit are the customer’s responsibility. We encourage contacting us with any questions you may have before ordering.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice. We may: Change, limit, or discontinue items without prior notice. Refuse or cancel orders if stock, pricing, or product errors occur. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

 

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed during normal working hours. Dispatch times may vary depending on stock level or production requirements. Once dispatched, delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by postal/customs services. Lost packages where incorrect address details were provided by the customer. Lost packages due to postal/courier services. Damaged packages due to postal/courier services.

 

Made to Order & Custom Items

Some items are produced specifically for the customer once an order is placed. These items are clearly labelled as Made to Order, Pre-Order, Custom, or Personalised. Such items: May require additional production time. Are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless faulty (See our Return Policy for details.).
