Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). In-stock items: usually dispatch within 2–4 working days. Made to Order / Pre-Order items: production times vary and are stated on the product page. These times are estimates and may extend during busy periods. If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, it will be shipped together once all items are ready. You can request separate shipment for an additional shipping charge.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for postal delays, customs processing times, or missed deliveries.

 

Tracking

Most orders include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders outside the UK: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control or estimate these charges.

If you refuse to pay import charges and the parcel is returned, we will refund the product cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable), and a restocking fee may apply.

 

Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is completed correctly at checkout. We cannot: Edit addresses once the order has been shipped. Redirect deliveries. Replace or refund items lost due to incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for: the cost of re-shipping the order, or a restocking fee if cancelling.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. We are not responsible for: Parcels stolen after delivery. Parcels delivered to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: Your order number, Photos of packaging and item. We will assist according to the courier’s claims process.

 

Split Shipments

We generally ship orders together. If you request split delivery, additional shipping costs may apply.

 

Pre-Order & Made to Order Items

Items marked Pre-Order or Made to Order are produced specifically for you. Estimated dispatch dates are guides only and can vary. These items cannot be cancelled once purchased (see Return Policy for details).
